ASTRAL
基于基因树汇总方法的物种树估计工具，通过寻找与输入基因树最兼容的物种树来解决不完全谱系分选问题。 在多物种溯祖模型下具有理论保证，是基因组尺度系统发育学研究中的标准方法之一。
